Lobster dinner

Malagash Country Supper

A country supper will be held at the Malagash Community Hall, 1926 North Shore Rd., July 29, 4-6 p.m. Cost is $12 for adults, and $6 for those under 12. Preschoolers are free. Hands-on DIY toy making fun for kids at the Sutherland Steam Mill Museum, 3-4 p.m. Participants will make fidgit spinners - three different types to choose from. $10 per child, maximum 10 children (registration recommended). 2nd annual Fabric and Yarn Sale

The 2nd annual Fabric and Yarn Sale to benefit the Grandmothers to Grandmothers campaign, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., at Sedgewick Memorial Church, 310 Main St., Tatamagouche. Fabric should be a minimum of ½ metre, clean and new. A small tag with length and width is welcome. Yarn can be any type and quantity, including clean unfinished projects.
